What if there is a reason that you are who you are and where you are in life? What if you could know? What if people actually cared about each other and lived their lives putting the others first? What if that actually worked? What if God isn't just an idea, a word, a joke, or a problem? What if you could know something for sure? What if the way you live your life matters? What if your past can't be changed, but you can? What if church was a word that inspired people? What if there is another part of the story? What if what we are experiencing is actually the middle of the story? What if it's bigger than you think? What if you are already part of it? What if it gets better? What if...?

Around East Lansing for the summer? Looking for something fun to do? Every Thursday night Epic people are hanging out. We'll be playing ultimate frisbee, volleyball, football, and lots of other activities.
Here's what we're doing this week...
This Thursday July 2nd, we will be playing kickball at the field by IM East starting at 7pm. The field is located on MSU's campus on the south side of Shaw Ln. between Hagadorn and Bogue. Parking is scattered over there but most of the dorms are okay to park at if you obey the signs. If you have any questions feel free to email Heather Mabry at mabryhea@gmail.com.
Hope to see you there!

Why attend the East Lansing LT?
LT is a blast. It's an awesome opportunity to grow in your faith, and you'll build relationships that will last a lifetime. You'll get to do ministry in the setting you're in year-round. By the end of the summer, you'll have grown in your understanding of the Bible, have been challenged to reach out to an increasingly dark world, and you'll have had the opportunity to go deeper in your walk with God.
Who can attend East Lansing LT?
Anyone interested in deepening their walk with God, building solid relationships, and learning live a consistant life of faith. Invite people!
I can't make one of the retreats. Should I still come to LT?

We'd love to help. Email Joe (joe.testa@rivchurch.com). He has leads on several jobs right now, but you'll want to act fast.
Couldn't I just live in East Lansing and come to some of the LT stuff?
We want to create an intense community and build deep relationships, so we've structured our Mondays and Wednesdays to fit together. For the type of discipleship and connection we want to see happen this summer, LT events will only be open to LT participants. The Riverview Holt campus will still be having services on Saturday and Sunday and you're welcome to come to the Thursday night fun activity.
